Spend your Sunday afternoon crafting your very own leather traveler's journal from scratch — surrounded by good vibes, new friends, and a drink in hand. This isn't a boring arts & crafts class. It's 2 hours of picking your perfect leather, choosing cute charms, and leaving with something you actually made with your own hands (and will use for yeaaars).
What you'll get:
✨ Choose Your Leather
We lay out all our leathers — different colors, textures, smooth & hair-on cowhide. You pick the one that speaks to you. No two journals are ever the same.
🖤 Make It Yours
Cut, shape, and assemble your journal step by step. We'll guide you through everything — total beginners welcome! You'll also pick your cord color and 4 charms to make it extra cute.

– 1 trifold leather cover (real cow leather that ages beautifully)
– 2 A5 journal inserts (1 white + 1 brown paper)
– 4 charms of your choice
– Cords + all supplies & materials
– 1 drink from Boheme's menu (coffee/matcha/coconut)

This is as much about the experience as the journal. Sip your drink, chat with fellow crafters, and enjoy a chill Sunday at one of Canggu's prettiest spots. Come solo, bring a friend, either way you'll leave with something beautiful + a great story.

Care & Maintenance
Your journal cover is made from real cow leather — a natural material that gets better with age. Here’s how to keep it happy:
🧹 Day-to-Day
Smooth leather: wipe with a soft, dry cloth. That’s it!
Hair-on cowhide: brush gently with a soft-bristle brush to keep the hair clean and dust-free.
💧 If It Gets Wet
Don’t panic. Blot (don’t rub) with a dry cloth and let it air dry naturally. Keep it away from hairdryers, heaters, or direct sunlight. It might darken a little but usually goes back to normal.
✨ Conditioning
Smooth leather loves a little TLC every few months. Rub in a small amount of leather balm or beeswax to keep it soft and nourished. Skip this for hair-on cowhide — conditioner can mat down the hair.
🌞 Sun & Heat
Leather and long sunbathing sessions don’t mix. Prolonged direct sunlight can fade the color and dry it out. A little sun exposure here and there is totally fine though — it’s part of the patina journey.
👜 Storage
Store in a dust bag or pillowcase — never plastic (it traps moisture). For bags, stuff with tissue paper to keep the shape. For journals, just toss it in your bag and live your life.
😍 The Patina
Scratches, marks, and color changes aren’t damage, they’re character. Your leather is developing a patina, which is a fancy word for “it’s aging beautifully.” The oils from your hands, a bit of sun, everyday use, all of it makes your piece uniquely yours over time.
🐮 Hair-On Cowhide Extra Tips
– Minor shedding when new is totally normal, it settles
– Spot clean only; damp cloth, blot, never rub
– Keep away from water as much as possible
– Brush in the direction of the hair, not against it
