We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, as each item is handcrafted, slight variations in leather grain, color, and stitching may occur. These natural variations are not defects but part of the unique character of handmade leather goods.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Payment must be received in full before we begin processing your order or confirming your workshop reservation.

4. Order Processing and Shipping

Custom orders typically require 7-14 business days to complete, depending on the complexity of the item. Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or force majeure events.

5. Workshop Bookings

Workshop bookings must be made in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. Full payment is required to secure your spot. Workshop schedules are subject to minimum participant requirements. If a workshop is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future workshop.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, designs, logos, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Cowboys By The Sea. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cowboys By The Sea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or participation in our workshops. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or workshop in question.

8. Workshop Safety and Conduct

Participants in our workshops must follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors. We are not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety protocols. Participants engage in workshop activities at their own risk. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the workshop without refund.

Personal information collected during purchases or workshop bookings will only be used to fulfill your order, communicate with you about your purchase, and improve our services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law or for payment processing.
